Singular 1:1 sessions can be booked for a minimum of two hours.

Long term depth alchemy:
A minimum of 6 month contractual agreement for bedrock level transformational work.

We meet three times monthly for individual 1 hour sessions.

This path includes access to a library of teachings on trauma and embodied healing.
